+ And the mind meld? Holy crap! They do that to each other all the time in TOS/movies but this was the first time ever for GQ!Kirk. I love how deeply Kirk feels his emotions. It would be impossible for him to not see present GQ!Spock in a new light.+ As they part I love the look on Kirk’s face. It’s like he “gets it”. And by “it” I mean their epicness….and Spock as a person in general. I heard people speculate that Kirk might have seen a bit of their history in TOS/the movies through the mind meld. If that were true I can’t even imagine what he’d be thinking now.
